خلفية المشروع
Located in New York, USA, this is a high-end urban hotel project. The hotel space blends modern luxury, Eastern artistic sensibility, and New York urban character, with public areas including lobby lounges, bars, reception areas, poolside leisure zones, and select suite spaces.
From the site, you can see the hotel extensively uses dark wood finishes, warm lighting, metal details, fireplaces, water features, art installations, and large floor-to-ceiling windows — creating a calm, private, and refined atmosphere that emphasizes comfort and visual layering in premium hotel spaces.
We are honored to have participated in supplying upholstered furniture for this project, including sofas, lounge chairs, armchairs, booth seating, and matching dining chairs. Although this collaboration wasn't a complete hotel furniture package, being part of such a high-caliber New York hotel project remains a valuable international experience for us.

Furniture style must align with the hotel's overall design. The hotel space features dark wood, warm brown, off-gray, black metal, and touches of orange-red — creating a premium, quiet, and layered atmosphere. Upholstered furniture should not be overly commercial or heavy, but rather exhibit restrained, comfortable, and enduring sophistication.
Products must withstand high-frequency hotel use. Hotel lobbies, bars, and lounges receive numerous guests daily. Upholstered furniture must have stable structure, good resilience, wear-resistant fabrics, and easy maintenance. The client cares about both initial appearance and long-term operational condition.
Seating must be comfortable without appearing sloppy. High-end hotel lounge furniture should invite guests to linger while maintaining clean silhouettes and crisp appearance. Seat, backrest, and armrest fullness and support must be balanced — neither too soft nor too rigid.
Detail craftsmanship must withstand close inspection. Hotel spaces have rich lighting layers, and furniture is often positioned where guests can closely examine it. Stitching, corners, finishes, curves, backrest height, and cushion thickness will all be magnified. The client requires overall refinement without visible wrinkles, deformation, misaligned lines, or disproportionate elements.

منطقة استراحة البهو
يُبرز الأثاث المنجّد تجارب الاستقبال المفتوحة. وتتضافر الكراسي ذات المساند والأرائك الثنائية والمقاعد المنحنية وطاولات القهوة لتشكّل مناطق محادثة متعددة، متمايزة ومترابطة في آنٍ معًا — مناسبة للإقامات القصيرة أو اجتماعات الأعمال.
مناطق حمامات السباحة والترفيه
يحتاج الأثاث إلى أن يتناغم مع الأسقف العالية والنوافير والإضاءة والتشطيبات الخشبية. وقد ركّزنا على نسب أخفّ واختيارات أقمشة تمنح إحساسًا بالرحابة والراحة — مع ضمان ألّا يطغى الأثاث على المساحة مع الحفاظ على الثبات.
الأجنحة ومناطق الراحة الخاصة
يُبرز الأثاث الهدوء والراحة والإحساس المنزلي. وتستخدم الأرائك وكراسي الاسترخاء ملمس أقمشة أكثر نعومة، مقترنة بإضاءة دافئة وخلفيات خشبية داكنة، لخلق أجواء مريحة وخاصة في أجنحة الفنادق الفاخرة.
تنفيذ المشروع
رغم أن هذا المشروع شمل أثاثًا منجّدًا جزئيًا فقط، فقد التزمنا بمعايير مشاريع الفنادق في التنسيق والإنتاج.
ما قبل الإنتاج
بناءً على الرسومات المكانية وصور الموقع ومتطلبات المنتج التي قدّمها العميل، أكّدنا الأبعاد وألوان الأقمشة وإحساس الجلوس ومناطق الاستخدام لكل نوع من الأثاث المنجّد. ونظرًا لتفاوت المقاييس المكانية بين مناطق الفندق، أولينا اهتمامًا خاصًا لنسب الأثاث إلى المساحة لتفادي أي مشكلات في الحجم أو التنسيق البصري بعد التركيب.
اختيار المواد
عند اختيار المواد، أعطينا الأولوية لبيئة الاستخدام التجاري للفندق. فأقمشة التنجيد تحتاج إلى مقاومة جيدة للتآكل وملمس مريح وجودة بصرية مع سهولة التنظيف والصيانة. وقد اخترنا إسفنجًا مرنًا عالي الكثافة للحشو للحفاظ على الدعم والمرونة على مدى الاستخدام طويل الأمد.
البناء الإنشائي
في البناء الإنشائي، عزّزنا المناطق الحاملة للإجهاد في المقاعد ووصلات مساند الظهر وزوايا مساند الذراع لضمان قدرة المنتجات على تحمّل الاستخدام عالي التردد في المناطق العامة بالفندق. وبالنسبة لكراسي الاسترخاء والأرائك والمقاعد المدمجة، ضبطنا بعناية زوايا مساند الظهر وعمق المقعد وارتفاعه لتحقيق الراحة المريحة (الإرغونومية) والنسبة البصرية ضمن مساحات الفندق.
حرفية التنجيد
في حرفية التنجيد، ركّزنا على شدّ القماش وانحناءات الزوايا واستقامة الخياطة وامتلاء الوسائد وتشكيل مساند الظهر. واستلزمت الكراسي المنحنية والأرائك منخفضة الظهر والقطع المنجّدة غير المنتظمة حرفية أعلى لضمان أشكال طبيعية وخطوط ناعمة وتماثل بين الجانبين.
الشحن والتغليف
قبل الشحن، أجرينا فحوصات للمظهر والتحقق من الأبعاد واختبارات إحساس الجلوس وحماية التغليف. ونظرًا لموقع نيويورك ومتطلبات الشحن لمسافات طويلة، عزّزنا حماية الزوايا وأسطح التنجيد والأرجل والمناطق المعرّضة للضغط لتقليل مخاطر التلف أثناء النقل.
نتائج المشروع
بعد التركيب، اندمج الأثاث المنجّد جيدًا مع المساحة العامة للفندق. لم يُنافس الأثاث النقاط المحورية في التصميم المعماري والداخلي، بل عزّز التجربة المكانية عبر الراحة والهدوء والرقي.
Bar area: Sofas and lounge chairs unified with dark bars, warm lighting strips, fireplaces, and wood finishes — creating the calm and private atmosphere characteristic of New York luxury hotels.
Public lounge area: Off-gray, warm brown, and touches of orange-red upholstered furniture added layering to the space, maintaining sophistication while avoiding the oppressive feel of large dark areas.
Poolside and rest areas: Light upholstered seating echoed water surfaces, lighting, columns, and large chandeliers — creating a resort-like, relaxing feel while maintaining the order expected of premium hotels.
إجمالاً، لبّى الأثاث المنجّد متطلبات العميل من حيث الجودة البصرية والراحة والمتانة التجارية. وبعد التركيب، بدت المنتجات طبيعية في المساحة — غير متنافرة وغير رخيصة — ملبّيةً معايير الجودة المتوقَّعة للمناطق العامة في الفنادق الراقية.
ملاحظات العميل
كان العمل مع EASEN سلسًا. فرغم التواصل عن بُعد، تميّزوا في فهم الطابع المكاني وتأكيد تفاصيل المنتج وإدارة تقدّم الإنتاج. وقد اندمج الأثاث المنجّد جيدًا مع مساحتنا عند التركيب، مع إحساس جلوس ومظهر يلبّيان معايير الفنادق الراقية. وسننظر في العمل معهم مجددًا في مشاريع مماثلة.
ملخّص المشروع
This New York hotel project holds significant meaning for us. Although we only participated in part of the upholstered furniture, the project itself had high standards, demanding greater requirements for design understanding, material selection, upholstery craftsmanship, production details, and export delivery.
Through this project, we gained deeper insight that high-end hotel furniture isn't about pursuing complex forms or expensive materials, but rather achieving balance between spatial style, ergonomic comfort, commercial durability, and detail quality.
We are deeply grateful to the client for the opportunity to participate in this project. Going forward, we will continue focusing on upholstered furniture for hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, and other commercial spaces — providing stable, professional, and quality furniture products and customization services for more international commercial projects.
