为什么商业家具需要更严格的质检Why Commercial Furniture Needs Stricter QC

家用家具每天使用时间有限。商业餐厅或酒店家具每天承接数百位顾客，频繁移动、反复清洁，需要在5至8年内保持结构完整性。 Home furniture is used gently by a small household. Commercial restaurant and hotel furniture is used by hundreds of customers per day, moved constantly, cleaned repeatedly and expected to perform for 5–8 years without structural failure.

01

原材料检验Raw Material Inspection

木材、金属、海绵、面料和五金件在进入生产流程前逐一检验，核查木材含水率、海绵密度、面料耐磨等级和五金防锈性能。All incoming timber, metal, foam, fabric and hardware are checked before production. We verify wood moisture content, foam density, fabric abrasion rating and hardware corrosion resistance.

框架结构检测Frame Structure Inspection

软包前对框架进行承重测试，检查榫卯连接、角码加固、胶合强度和焊接质量。不合格框架退回返工，不进入下道工序。Completed frames are load-tested before upholstery. We check joint integrity, glue bonds, corner block reinforcement and metal weld quality. Frames failing this stage are returned for rework.

软包与表面工艺检查Upholstery & Finishing Check

检查软包对齐度、张力、包边工艺、车缝直线度及表面一致性，并与确认样品比对颜色、纹理和图案。Upholstery is inspected for alignment, tension, edge wrapping, seam straightness and surface consistency. Pieces are matched against the confirmed sample for colour, texture and pattern.

尺寸核验Dimensional Verification

每件产品按审批图纸逐一测量，座高、总高、深度、宽度和脚位均记录在案，关键尺寸公差控制在±5mm以内。Every piece is measured against the approved drawing. Seat height, overall height, depth, width and leg position are checked and recorded. Tolerances of ±5mm on critical dimensions are enforced.

颜色确认Colour Confirmation

在标准光源下将批次颜色与原样对比。多门店项目所有单品同批次生产，彻底杜绝批次间色差问题。Batch colour is checked against the original sample under controlled lighting. For multi-location projects, all units are manufactured in the same batch to eliminate inter-batch colour variation.

包装检验Packaging Inspection

每件产品单独包裹、护角保护，装入加固出口纸箱。记录包装重量和尺寸用于运费计算，确认防护方式适合运输路线。Each piece is individually wrapped, corner-protected and packed in reinforced export cartons. We record weights and dimensions for freight calculation and verify protection is adequate for the shipping route.

发货前拍照存档Pre-Shipment Photo Documentation

装柜前对每件产品与装箱单一同拍照，照片发送买家确认。未经买家确认，产品不离开工厂。Before loading, we photograph every packed item alongside the shipping list. Photos are sent to the buyer for final confirmation. Nothing leaves the factory without buyer sign-off.
